Marion Blakey named CEO of aircraft engine manufacturer; association announces plans to quickly find her replacement Blakey Aerospace Industries Association CEO Marion Blakey is stepping down to become head of Rolls-Royce North America, a major manufacturer of aircraft engines. The company announced Tuesday that Blakey would become CEO of its North American operations, headquartered in Reston, Va.
